This passive (non-powered) HDMI over Dual CAT5E/CAT6 balun set extends your HDMI video and audio signal up to 100 ft. with CAT6 cable from the HDTV source. Running HDMI over just two runs of commonly used CAT6 cable results in even more material cost savings, while still providing greater signal distance and installation flexibility. Maximum resolution/bandwidth of 165 MHz at 1080p/24Hz. Solid gauge CAT5E cable may be used, but for optimal performance and distance CAT6 is suggested for this passive device.
