Real Time, 1 RU, Fast Starting, Standards Compliant, Linux® Based, Web Manageable, Single Stream MPEG-2 HD Transcoder Designed to add AC-3 via SurCode for Dolby Digital to the Incoming Transport Stream. Incoming Stream can be Converted to Different Resolutions, Different Bit Rates, and Different Protocols.
