AlphaComposite® Foam is ideal for applications that require increased sound-absorption and/or sound blocking. This composite foam combines a mass loaded sound barrier between two layers of acoustical foam. The absorptive layer will reduce the ambient noise within an enclosure while the decoupled barrier layer will reduce the amount of sound transmission. This material is a perfect choice for lining noisy enclosures.

AlphaComposites® help control sound transmissions by adding sound blocking mass. These foams also decouple some of the structural vibration by separating the mass of the vinyl sound barrier from it’s attached structure. Class 1 fire rated AlphaComposite® Acoustic Foam is available in White or Grey.
